Plan Design and TPA Review – For new plans, work with Third Party Administrator to design a plan that maximizes tax benefits consistent with desired funding goals.  For existing plans, review current design, cost, and plan provisions to determine if amendments and/or changes can improve funding objectives.

Development of Investment Monitoring Criteria - Assist plan sponsors in creating an investment policy statement to provide guide posts for selecting, monitoring, and removal of plan investment choices.

Trustee Consultation Regarding Investments - Provide plan trustee(s) investment advice as a 3(21) investment fiduciary.

General Education for Participants - Provide general education services for plan sponsors to assist participants in better understanding of plan provisions and investment options.
